Do you pre-order books you know you’ll want to buy, or get them after release?

  1. If I’ve read the author and its a series, I usually pre buy. If its a new author I’m looking to try and have seen good early reviews on the title, I will buy this too. But for the the newer ones I tend to buy them after release day.

  2. Wow, so many great new stories! I *wish* I could preorder every book I know I’ll want, but that’s often not wise for me to do financially speaking, plus I’m a slow reader. Most of the time I put my most anticipated reads on a list on my phone, save up, and then buy several at the same time when I’m able. Doesn’t mean I’m any less excited to read them, though!
