5. How about the “Best Tear-Jerker Award”? I love stories that make me cry. (I’m imagining the award could either be something silly like an engraved box of tissues – obviously not the usual cardboard type – or some sort of painting of Jesus wrapping his arms around a writer hunched over her desk, face buried in her hands as she’s poured out her heart to touch others.) I’d love to receive this award. Only I’m sure I would cry too much to speak.

97. I think The Most Spiritually Uplifting book award would be good.🙂. I say this because before I discovered Christian books I struggled with finding clean books to read. I discovered Janette Oke’s book Love Comes Softly many years ago in an Eckerd’s drugstore on a round rack of books. I purchased it solely on the cover and went home and devoured the book. That one book touched my heart and led me to find many more Christian authors and has given me many hours of good, clean reading filling my hunger for God’s word in fiction and non-fiction. Bethany House has for many, many years been one of my favorite publishing companies.❤️
